  The service at this Montana's was excellent. The manager even came to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious and filling. We will definitely be back!

  Went for lunch. Always great. Never any complaints. Our server LUIS today was super pleasant. He also encouraged my teen son to apply for a job there, as he’s looking for a first job. Much appreciated . 🫶🏻Food was served timely and delish. Our fave

  I recently dined at Montana’s and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We waited a long time for our server, Joey, to even come to the table. When he finally did, we ended up placing both our drink and food orders at the same time because of the delay. After waiting again, our food was brought out by another server, but we still hadn’t received our drinks. We had only ordered a water and a Diet Pepsi, nothing complicated. We then had to try to get someone’s attention just to receive our drinks, which should never arrive after the food. A manager did check in, but the response was simply that it was “odd” the meals came before the drinks. My friend’s Pepsi was removed from the bill, but since I had ordered water, there was no acknowledgment or compensation for my experience. Overall, the service was extremely poor, and it made for a frustrating dining experience. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet expectations.

  Awesome Austin! What fabulous service this young man we received from this wonderful young man. Fun, courteous, friendly and excellent at his job.I strongly recommend coming to Montana's in Kingston on Gardners Rd. I hope you get the same experience that we received tonight!!   I want to start this with disclosure that we ate here 3 to 4 weeks ago and the service and food was excellent. That being said, this was our most recent experience. Getting 2 stars because the food was "decent". Service was quite lacking. At the time we were there the restaurant was practically empty. Initially the server was quick to take our drink order and bring it. That's when it took a turn. We ordered an app that took forever to arrive (brought by another server). After waiting equally if not longer time for our mains, our food was dropped on our table by yet another server without asking if we needed anything else, considering the empty drink glasses, after passing our table countless times our original server finally touched the table. Then after we were done our meal it was another long stretch, several passes by server with eye contact we finally got our bill and paid (another staff member), ending our marathon lunch. Sorry but I'm good with not going back for a while.
