    Giving this 5 stars because of a certain employee named, Jackie W. My colleagues and I stop at McDonalds for lunch and Jackie is always greeting everyone with warm smiles, and is very kind. She has excellent customer service skills and should be recognized for that!

    I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this McDonald’s on April 7th between 3:40 a.m. and 4 a.m. After finishing work, I went through the drive-thru to order a 10-piece chicken nuggets. They informed me they were only accepting cash. I went along with that, but then they told me they needed exact cash. No explanation was provided—just rude indifference. The employees, a group of about five, were dismissive, claiming that their system was switching to breakfast soon—at 3:40 a.m.! What kind of policy is that? They would take mobile payments but refused cards or cash. It was obvious the employee just didn’t want to count the change. Their attitude was unacceptable—so rude, so unprofessional. I left without my food, and I will never return to this McDonald’s. I strongly advise anyone to avoid this location—go somewhere else. This place does not deserve to run.

    Fool me five times, call me extremely stupid. You have not gotten any of my 5 orders correct. Not only forgetting to remove ingredients which I can handle, you also have given me the wrong chicken sandwich every time. Like how can your staff be this lazy/incompetent. Even when I worked min wage I was not this bad

    I only use the drive thru, but several times a week. The window staff address always smiling and happy, consistently. It's a nice change from other drive thru businesses

    Can you guys please fix the eavestrough on the overhang over the 1st driveway window? I get a shower every time I open my window to pay
