  Truly disappointing. Taco Bell used to be decent but over the past years has begun selling lower quality food with bad service. Everything is subpar. I ordered a Crunchwrap supreme, the exterior soft tortilla was hard as a rock, the French fries, super cold. Both indications of old food. One employee wore gloves, however, the employee that touched the dirty register with bare hands, handled the food without washing her hands or wearing gloves. Gloves are not mandatory but at least wash your hands. The lack of mandatory sanitation of the employees is disgusting.

  this has happened more than once, but it seems every time i order from here i never get what i expected. last night my 5 layer burrito was missing ingredients like the cheese sauce and sour cream (see picture) i got a completely wrong item (i ordered the salted caramel churros and received the twists) and the cinnamon delights had absolutely no sugar/cinnamon in it. pretty disappointing

  Slow!!!!! And very unorganized. And messy. Boxes all over the floor. Im surprised the girl hasn't broken her neck on them. Luckily she was friendly

  The employees at this location are very rude and have no car whatsoever as to how they treat you I got 5 tacos all of witch are broken and very messy I also got a order of there fries and they were just thrown in the bag not even in the box also after I payed and took my food they just slammed the window shut no have a good day nothing just completely ignored the fact I was there and kept on talking I will never be coming back to this location and I would advise other to do the same
