  The girl at the front was very rude and she definitely doesnt know how to handle her customers. Time is 12:15am dec 5 if the owner can look into the employee. My boyfriend asked her name but she denied to say it. I hope that the owner may look into it. She attended others before me though i was there first and no greetings no smile from the start. I have been eating from here since a while but never had to expirience it.

  Got a BLT footlong sub last night around 1030, the young girl working was great from the time I walked through the door until I left. Made my sub perfectly, haven’t had a sub that good in a long time! I hope this review finds this young lady well as her customer service was spot on and actually cared if my sub was to my liking. Big thank you to her! Keep up the great work, it will pay off!

  I had one of the best experiences ever at Subway thanks to Manpreet Kaur. She made my sub with so much care, attention, and friendliness that it honestly stood out from every other Subway visit I’ve had. Manpreet was patient, professional, and made sure every ingredient was fresh, perfectly balanced, and exactly the way I like it. Her positive attitude and warm smile made the whole experience even better. You can truly see she takes pride in her work—and it shows in the quality of the food she prepares. My sub was perfect, and her service made my day. If you're visiting this Subway, definitely look for Manpreet Kaur. She’ll make your sub exactly the way you want it and with exceptional customer service!

  It is absolutely essential for any restaurant to maintain basic decorum, but the way the staff spoke to us was completely out of line. Their behaviour wasn’t just rude — it was disrespectful. I even tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe they were having a bad day, but what happened was unacceptable. All I wanted was to use the washroom after placing my order. The washrooms were locked, and instead of handling it properly, they casually told me to wash my hands behind the counter. I still stayed polite and waited. When I finally went to the washroom, a staff member walked out after cleaning and spoke to me in an extremely rude tone, saying, “Make sure to bring the keys back,” as if I was planning to steal them. That level of attitude is ridiculous. And while making our sandwich, we simply asked her to close it properly. Instead of responding politely like any trained staff member should, she snapped back saying, “Oh, it can’t be done properly because it has too many things in it.” The tone, the attitude, the rudeness — everything was completely unprofessional. I honestly did not expect this kind of behaviour from Subway. Overall, the entire experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
