Very poor customer experience from the guy who worked there on Nov 10th around 8:40–9:15 PM.
I used delivery for Subway through their app, but my order was getting late, so I contacted the store to see what’s the status. When he picked up the call, I said, “Hey, I placed an order,” and without even asking anything, he said, “I haven’t received any order.” His communication wasn’t clear at all. Later, he asked for the address. I gave him my name, and he said, “We don’t do delivery, it’s DoorDash you have to contact them.”
I asked, “Do I have to?” and he said, “Yes, I can’t do anything from my end.” The funny part is, I got an email to track my order, clicked “help,” but it was stuck with a blank page. He also said, “Even if I want to deliver this order, there’s no one in this store,” and his tone wasn’t good from the beginning.
He was talking very annoyed, so I asked, “Is this the way you handle a customer?” He was like, “Okay, tell me what else should I do.” I just hung up. Honestly, someone needs to train him on how to handle customers. I also asked if delivery wasn’t possible, can I pick it up from the store or not, and whether it gives me my delivery fee back. He didn’t give me a chance to say anything and just said, “Delivery is not our issue,” and even added, “No one is picking your order, it’s not my problem.”
