Prices are very high for the product, tough or stale bread, less veg to the point that you can only see bread and nothing that is in it (opposite of marketing photos). Most recently used their online ordering through the website and was charged by an unaffiliated business (Google says it's a non existent shoe store in the residential area of the west end). Ordering platform being used is not Subway which gives a very shady vibe. This store is operating differently than other franchises.
