  I’m honestly shocked by the rude and careless attitude of the staff. I will not be recommending this location to anyone. A message to the employees: If you’re not interested in doing your job, please don’t take it out on customers. Basic respect costs nothing.

  Was not feeling like a full meal so I just had a 6in Italian BMT. It was delicious. But, the thing that truly impressed me was the smile, positive attitude and speed and efficiency at which the young lady served me. She made that sandwich like I was in a hurry but no, she simply had a terrific work ethic and made it with a sense of urgency. Even while the sub was heating, she asked me if there was anything else I wanted and I paid at that time. She quickly put the rest of the veggies on when the sub when it came out of the oven and I was on my way. Fantastic, efficient and very friendly service. She had a smile the whole time. Now, THAT is service. Wish I lived in Kingston. And I wish I remembered her name. She was fantastic. Wed Feb 4th approx 6pm.
