One of your female staff members (her name might be Krishma) was behaving very rudely with customers. She was speaking loudly, not communicating properly, and her attitude was completely unprofessional. Most importantly, the hygiene was extremely poor. • She was using old bread. • She did not apply sauces properly. • She did not change gloves while preparing food. This is the first time I have seen such a poorly managed Subway in Canada. I usually prefer eating at Subway, but this experience was very unhygienic and unacceptable. I request you to take strict action immediately, otherwise I will have to report this issue to higher-level Subway management.
