A very pleasant experience here at the place, their food is quite reasonably priced among the competitors. I ordered 2 platters containing wings, brisket, and ribs. The ribs were done good, fell right off the bone, was decently tender and flavorful. The wings were not bad, nothing out of the ordinary but at the same time not unpleasant, just ok. The brisket I think can use more tenderness and moisture. The overall driving factor to the 5 star is the friendliness of the service, very pleasant staff, quick service and just pleasant in general! Will come back again if in the area

We went in around four in the afternoon for the Rib Sampler Special sponsored by CAA, approx thirty minutes after we were served they ran out of ribs, and wouldn't have anymore for two hours. Rather than let customers know at the door that they were out, if that's what they were coming in for, they proceeded to seat them, wait until they ordered drinks, then embarrassed them pretty much into ordering other meals.
Only one elderly couple I noticed were smart enough to ask as they were seated if they were in time for it, and the waitress went to ask, then came back and told them no. This couple left because they didn't want to wait for another 90 minutes for more ribs to be available.
If you're being comped by a company for a special, you're not losing money to offer an appetizer to your customer who are coming in and spending full price now on meals and not getting the special, even if it's only a soup or salad.
Do them a solid, and go above and beyond for an hour to keep them coming back because it shows your excellence in customer service 🥴
Just wish you'd done that!!!!!

We came in on a special rib promotion night and the restaurant was absolutely packed. The poor employee at the host stand was doing his best to manage the eager crowd. He immediately let us know that they were out of ribs for at least another 45min and also, that there was actually a wait list for the wait list! I asked if the special was also available in the bar area and was told “Yes”, but that seats were on a first come, first serve basis as always. Within 5 min, we lucked into a booth (in the bar area) and…thanks to the amazing and friendly service from both Jenna and Luis, we even had a great time waiting for the next round of ribs to be ready. Despite all the (unexpected) mayhem around them, they gave us excellent service with friendly smiles and somehow, Luis even found the time/headspace to chat with us and throw around a few jokes. After enjoying our app and a couple of drinks, our promo ribs arrived just as promised. I really enjoyed the Apple rib sauce that Luis recommended when I told him that I didn’t want anything too spicy. We came in expecting only to grab a bite of dinner, but left feeling like “regulars”! We will definitely be back.

We went out for a nice meal at first everything was great after we had ordered our steaks and side dishes we waited The wait was quite long and only after waiting half hour for our food we where told they did not have any mashed potatoes , ao we said ok we will do baked potatoes they have none , they had no onion rings as well , only fries or salad so I got a salad my friend got fries the server was good except he forgot utensils do we could have our appitzer had to ask another server and he really did not check on us as I wanted another drink as well. When finally got food got the 7 oz steak the steak looked small shriveled, but tasted ok . Payed 113.00 for meal with drinks was very disappointing between food and service .
