  I ordered for my grandma and myself off the website, put my card number in and go to try and checkout, the website says there’s an error and to try again so I did. The website took 200 dollars from my account and didn’t even complete my order, it was not sent to the store it was just out of my account. Customer support was there but very lacking. I had to dispute the charge with my bank leaving my out 200 dollars for a 69 dollar order. I got back again because at this point I’ve paid 3 times and have gotten nothing and my grandma is hungry and I pay a FOURTH time. When we finally get the food which at this point I’ve paid 280 dollars total for, the bone is bigger than the meat, it’s lacking in flavor and the poutine had very little gravy and even less cheese. My chicken strips were smaller than the ones at the grocery store. This was my first time ever ordering from Montanas and believe me it will be our last.

  Mostly enjoyed our lunch. Maggie was great! However, we had to ask for the cornbread that was to come with our order. Not huge as we were there. But we ordered the triple berry dessert to go and didn’t look until we got home. No whipped cream and mint as advertised. Very disappointing. We’ll have to buy some to eat this dessert to cut the tartness.

  The other day, I was looking for a place to eat and I chose Montana’s. I’d say that is one of the best decisions I’ve made. I went at about 11:30am and was just me that day. It wasn’t too busy maybe a few tables in the restaurant. I was greeted by a hostess named Grace. She sat me where it was quiet like I asked. Once I sat down she talked to me about the menu, which was very helpful as I live out of town and never heard of a Montana's. When I was all settled in my server Bella came over and took my order. She was also very helpful with the menu. The food came out very quickly. I have no complaints about the experience at all, the staff were very nice. Will definitely come back!

  When I first walked in the atmosphere was amazing. The hostess, Grace greeted us with a big smile waiting to sit us. She put us at Elena table. Be decision ever. Elena was so helpful with the menu and was at our table in no time. The food was excellent and came out quick. Overall the experience at Montana’s was amazing! Will be back to see Elena and Grace!
