  Almost never get my order wrong, never get cold fries, ice cream machine is working 99% of the time. Fast service, friendly staff.

  Didn't include cutlery to my pick-up order which is fine with me but I dont know with the others. My wife's bagel sandwich had an eggshell on it which is so basic. Please check everything next time.

  Worst experience ever . I ordered mac veg burger today and served me with just buns and patty which was totally overcooked also no lettuce in the burger .

  This may seem harsh for a review however it is warranted. I placed an order on the App. I arrive to park. All spots are full. After waiting 5-10 min for a spot. I see 2 spots were occupied by Uber or door dash drivers. Which I have seen now for years. Then another vehicle took 2 spots up. Finally get a spot. Select my parking spot 3. I waited over 20 min and the order drops off my phone. I proceed into the store. Walk to pick up counter. Ask for a manager. Tell him my dilemma. He looks down and my order is sitting on the counter. WOW Except drinks. He tries to apologize. Asks if I want my food remade because it is cold. I say "you want me to wait another 10-15 min again after I wait over 20 min already"? Said just give me my food. Gets my drinks. I mentioned about the Uber drivers issue. He says "we are aware and working on it" I say it's been going on for years. That's NOT working on it. To the owner of this McDonald's fix your issues or don't open. When an Uber driver comes in have a mgr go out and if they see a vehicle without a person in it then address it. After a week or two that is how you FIX the issue. The level of service at McDonald's has become so poor. Orders made wrong. Food over cooked. Wait times. But I guess if you have long line ups what does it matter if someone points out things that should have been addressed years ago. Or better yet move your pick up orders further out so Uber are not parking here. See how easy it was to fix this. As for waiting that's just poor MGMT. There was tons of employees. They are not being managed properly. Then my cold food I paid too much for. Well...... Peoples expectations have lowered over the years. I guess we get use to it or just go elsewhere. I hope others read and maybe address things when they happen. I cannot be the only person seeing these issues.
