- TPTheresa P.1 day ago5.0I went in to mcdonalds on friday and was really happy from what I saw. There was a deaf couple that came in and asked one of the young girls at the cash for a pen and paper. Another girl gave them a pen so they could write out what they wanted. Another customer helped them order. The girl that took their order was the same one who gave them the and pen and she was super kind. I was sitting down while eating and I saw the deaf gentleman go up and order a few more times. I remember that the last time was for ice cream. the same girl was taking his order and was smiling and interacting with him so kindly. I saw him sign thank you and even blow her a kiss for her kindness. I'm happy that there are young people who are still so polite and respectful to people who may be different.

Watched an old deaf couple stand there for 16 mins being ignored by all employees and finally 3 customers had to intervene and demand they be served like everyone else. Never ordering here again. Sending the video to head office.
- ZMZack MelburnDec 4, 20251.0Dined in with a few friends tonight after doing a bit of shopping. we ended up getting swarmed by fruit flies while eating, when brought up to the entitled teenager working she says “i’ll bring it up to my manager”, goes into the back with all the coworkers, they all start laughing then come out staring at my friends and i are laughing and smirking as if we were dumb for even bringing it to their attention. i personally find it extremely irresponsible, unprofessional and embarrassing on their part. the manager didn’t come out or anything just laughed along with them. DONT EAT HERE you’ll get swarmed by fruit flies while you’re eating, none of the tables are cleaned regularly, a chair i went to sit on had coffee spilled all over it and it was sitting there for a while noticeably, the staff are extremely rude and have no care in the world for their customers. DO BETTER MCDONALDS!!! HIRE MORE PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT THE JOB NOT THE MONEY!

Also I’m assuming they were out of Big Mac Buns because they were using quarter pounder buns for my Big Mac. Actually insane management and incompetent workers.
