    This McDonald’s branch is locally owned, and it truly feels like the McDonald’s Canada I knew a few years ago. There’s a genuine sense of warmth, friendliness, and pride here that reminds me of the Canadian hospitality I’ve always admired. It’s refreshing to see a business that values local hiring, inclusivity, and fairness — where everyone is treated with respect and the community truly feels represented. The atmosphere is welcoming, professional, and simply feels like home. In addition to that, excellent service from food preparation, temperature and customer service. Location is perfect as well! This is my favourite branch of Mcdonalds in Kingston ❤️ Kudos to the owner for setting such a high standard and keeping the true Canadian spirit alive in this branch! 🇨🇦👏👏👏

    First snow … but still every one in staff was ready .. i ordered a junior meal .. nice and fresh … good service … everything was in my bad spicy habanero and ketchups …

    Usually it's fine, not the cleanest and the baby change table is dicey at best, but recently got a Happy meal at the drive thru and it had no fries. Contacted support and got a corporate response. Make sure you check your meals, even the Happy meals 🙄

    I asked for a Chicken wrap and after having a bite i realized i’ve been given sausage wrap instead of my chicken wrap! I know it can be a honest mistake but Damn thats bad….. I’ve never had bacon before and this made me feel sick about the whole experience.

    Two days ago I went to this McDonald's after work, and I ordered a Big Mac combo. After waiting for about half and hour I asked where my order was and I was told it never went through. Then after finally getting my meal, I took one look at my burger and threw it out. Someone had poked a hole in the top bun, and it looked like there was semen all throughout the bun. Thanks. 😡
