  Caitlyn provided amazing service tonight for dinner was very quick and friendly which made our stay much more enjoyable! I will definitely be coming back. Thank you Caitlyn.

  Not busy at all, only about 6 tables to serve. Took over an hour to get our order and food. Food wasn't worth the wait or money. Very disappointing. Will not go back and would not recommend

  I've been coming to this place for a few years now and I highly recommend it. The wings and burgers are always good. If you like deals they've got deals almost every day of the week and happy hour twice a day.

  Our server, Ethan, was excellent! Great attention and engagement. The food was delicious. A small issue with the temperature of one meal was corrected quickly but over explained. Haven't been to Kelsey's in a while and I miss the cozy atmosphere it once had. All in all....we had a great time. Oh...one more thing it would be really.helpful to be able to identify your team . People handling the food could have been anyone there was nothing about their clothes that said "Kelsey's". P.S. prices were totally in line with the portion size and quality. Great job Kelsey's!! Thanks Ethan!!

  We had an extremely disappointing experience last night at Kelsey’s in Kingston. We made a reservation for 9 people two weeks in advance to celebrate a very special 85th birthday. Unfortunately, the evening was anything but celebratory. The restaurant was clearly understaffed. It took 30 minutes just to get our drink order taken and served. Our server was absolutely wonderful — kind, apologetic, and working incredibly hard — but he was covering what seemed like multiple roles (bartender, server, dishwasher). The situation was not his fault, and I truly hope management recognizes the effort he was putting in. We waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for our food. Two members of our party didn’t receive their meals until 15 minutes after everyone else. When the food finally arrived, it was extremely underwhelming. My husband ordered chicken tenders, and they were shockingly small — smaller than his thumb. My daughter’s steak was burnt. When my fajitas arrived, the chicken was hot, but the vegetables were literally frozen. Not just cold — frozen with frost still on them. This happened on two separate fajita orders at the table. Our server apologized and comped the fajitas, and the manager provided 20% off the bill. However, after removing the fajitas (which I didn’t eat), we still paid $75 for a meal where most of the food was subpar or inedible. This was meant to be a memorable 85th birthday dinner, and instead it was frustrating and disappointing. I understand restaurants can get busy, but reservations made weeks in advance should be properly staffed and prepared for. The server did his absolute best, but management and kitchen standards clearly fell short. Very disappointed.
