  Came here for a quick bite after work and… wow. The food was honestly diabolical. The wings were so overcooked they tasted like sticks. You could barely pull the meat off the bone. The calamari was basically a bowl of fried peppers with maybe four actual pieces of calamari….each one so hard they were almost unbiteable. The service was rough, but not the server’s fault… until it was she was literally the only person on the floor aside from the manager. What blew my mind was the manager bringing out a tray of wings clearly left under a heat lamp for so long they fossilized. The tray was scorching hot, the wings were dried out and solidified, and everything was sitting in a puddle of oil. As someone who works in the industry, I’d be mortified to serve that to a table… like I genuinely am in shock and horror that the manager dropped that off ? We were so disappointed we paid and left to eat somewhere else. I can’t get over the lack of professionalism from the server and management. Even when we told the server we understood she was understaffed, she shrugged it off and said it would be worse if she cooked the food. Definitely reiterated WHY I don’t spend money at chain restaurants ….. Do not recommend, will not go back .

  went here for a fun night and the food was literally inedible. For starters, the wings were $25 and completely dry. I'm talking seriously overcooked and tough, sitting in a gross pool of grease on the tray. It was insulting they even brought them out. The calamari ($20) was just as bad—rubbery and way over-fried. The little dipping sauces that came with it even had a gross film on top, like they’d been sitting there for an hour. The restaurant was so understaffed and I know it wasn’t the servers fault and I can respect that she wanted to protect her coworkers….but when we pointed out how bad the food was, our server actually said that if she had cooked it, it would have been way worse. Okay…That's a new level of unhelpful and unprofessional. Don't spend $45 on two appetizers here. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about serving decent food. Hard pass. $30 of my money completely wasted on disgusting food. I’ll never return here and I’ll make sure my friends and family don’t either. I was absolutely disgusted with the way this was handled. Go Sysco!

  Sat Nov. 8, 2025. Group of 7, restaurant half full. Took 1 hour to get our food and it was cold. Total bill: 325$ (before gratuities). I realized that they charged me 0.99$ for an extra mayo (1 once). The waitress said that nothing is free. One word to describe this: CHEAP. Also when it's 2 degrees outside, heating should be on not AC, no wonder our foods were cold. First time and last time. Thank you.

  Went there as a family. What a mistake! Food was barely edible - nachos were soggy, chicken was dried out in both the main and salad, Buffalo chicken was dripping with grease and veggies that came with main were overcooked, wilted and watery. Service started out well but declined as meal went on. The final straw for me was no soap in the women’s restroom. I hope staff have a separate restroom to clean up in! We won’t be back.

  I had the Cajun fajitas and it tasted like bbq dry chicken, so it was not what I expected!!! My wife had fish and chips with coleslaw and the coleslaw tasted really bad. Then we ordered desert and 15 minutes went by and nothing came!!! We had the bartender as our server and she tried but she couldn’t handle the amount of people she had at the bar!!! This was the worst service we ever had
