I am new to this country, I am learning, I am trying — and that deserves respect, not ridicule. Language can be learned. Respect and manners cannot be taught to everyone. Canada is known for diversity and inclusion, and what happened today does not represent Canadian values, but rather unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.
