She spoke disrespectfully and appeared as though she didn’t want to be there. This behavior wasn’t just toward me—it continued with the customers behind me as well. There is usually an older woman working who is always very pleasant and helpful, so this experience was noticeably different. It was uncomfortable being served by someone whose attitude was both unprofessional and difficult to understand. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience moving forward
