Around 12:30 am, I went through the window to get the same order I usually get when visiting. It was a veggie burger combo with a poutine instead of fries, and an ice tea for the drink. Upon reaching the window and already paying, I was informed by the attendant on duty that she had turned off her fountain drink machine and thus couldn't provide the ice tea. I asked for a bottle or can of anything else, she said she couldn't do that because the price would be different. Then she informed me she had a vanilla milkshake from a previous order she could give me instead. I reluctantly agreed. She did not fascen the lid securely and the milkshake spilled all over me. Obviously angry, I again requested an ice tea. She proceeded to turn on the machine and within a few seconds was able to fulfill my request. Again, within a few seconds. She refused my easy request for an ice tea, tried to give me a milkshake from another order, and then gave me my ice tea within seconds after I was covered in milkshake due to her incompetent service. Literally the worst experience at any fast food location, let alone this particular Harvey's. Usually the location is solid, but this time, it was really bad and I don't think im going back.
