  Worst drive-through service I’ve ever experienced. I had a mobile order that was supposed to be ready already. I went through the drive-through and waited a couple minutes just to even tell them I had a mobile order. Then I pulled up to the window and waited over 10 minutes. Five minutes into that wait, they asked me what my order was… even though I had already told them. If it’s a mobile order, how is it not already ready or at least known? Completely disorganized and frustrating.

  We asked for 2 cheese burgers with lettuce, tomato, Ketchup, onions on both burgers but for the other one the same just add Harv sauce n garlic mayo I get home n open my food to a hard ass bun no toppings just Harv sauce n garlic mayo very frustrating n unhappy u can barely hear anything through the drive thru speaker

  Horrific customer service. Tried to use the drive through, waited for approx a minute and no one acknowledged us. We decided to park and order online so we wouldn’t have to stand inside and wait. When our food was ready, we go inside to pick up our order. Not a single employee acknowledged us, so we had to wait at the pickup area for another customer to finish receiving his order. This took another five minutes. It’s finally our turn and we ask for our order, and this is when they tell us they can’t make our milkshakes for whatever reason. Okay, fine, whatever, so we ask if we’ll get our money back, as we ordered two large milkshakes. They told us they could make us a different drink instead. We asked if we would receive the monetary difference, and the employees did not understand that we wanted our money back. They told us we would have to file a refund through the app since we ordered online, but if we wanted instead they could make us two slushies. We asked if that would be the same price as the milkshakes, and the employee lied to our face and said yes, even though we can read the prices on the menu right above them. We gave up and just accepted the slushies and the monetary loss as we were hungry and just wanted to go home. The slushies tasted horrifically bad, and they got our food order wrong. Such a waste of time. Don’t recommend going. I work in customer service and can be very forgiving but this was very disappointing.
