  I had a fantastic experience at Dairy Queen! It was very easy to order, and I got my blizzard in less than five minutes. As well, my blizzard tasted very good (I ordered the Oreo Snowdrift blizzard) and highly recommend it. I have no complaints!

  Went in for a little sweet treat around 9pm and the restaurant had a strong smell of body odour, and the service was poor… I stood back to read the menu and when I approached the cash I was greeted with a sigh because the “wonderful” lady had to stop flirting with a delivery driver to serve me… I attend here regularly have NEVER had such poor service..

  Very disappointing experience. My daughter and I visited the drive-through to order a popular item, and the employee taking our order was extremely disrespectful and even raised their voice at us through the intercom. I went inside to speak with a manager, but instead of addressing the concern or offering an apology, I was told the employee had done nothing wrong and that the store had simply been busy. I have also tried calling multiple times to speak with the store manager, Mave, but have been told she is not available each time. Respectful customer service should always be a priority.

  I called this location to ask about the viral Valentine’s Day cupcakes that are available in the U.S. and some Canadian locations. I completely understand that not every store carries the same items, and I was just calling ahead to check availability. The staff member I spoke with was very short and dismissive. When I asked if I could possibly order them, I was told, “No, we do not have the means to make them,” with no further explanation or alternative suggestions. I then asked, in a lighthearted way, if a lot of people had been asking about them, and their response was: “Yes, and the answer is always the same -_-.” The tone felt rude and unnecessary, especially since I was polite and just trying to plan ahead. I’ve been to this location several times before and had good experiences, which is why this stood out. Even a simple suggestion like an alternative dessert option or a friendly response would have gone a long way. Customer service is important, and this interaction made me feel unwelcome and hesitant to return.

  Recently I ordered from this location online and had a fantastic experience. I usually like extra sauce with my order so I paid for the additional sauce, but to my surprise they didn’t just put in 1 additional sauce but they hooked me up! Lots of sauces with extra ketchup! Idk why this small action ment so much to me but it really made my night! Thank you Dairy Queen
