Got the chicken strip combo only to find out that they look more like chicken nuggets and the fries were cold and soggy. For not getting a drink in the price of the combo, I would have expected at least some level of quality. I would highly recommend going literally anywhere else for better value and quality. At least the service was decent, but you don't go to DQ for anything other than the eats so kind of irrelevant.

It was very obvious that I was ignored while others, who seemed to be Canadian, were prioritized. This kind of behavior feels discriminatory and completely unacceptable. Every customer deserves equal and respectful service, no matter their background. I hope you take this issue seriously and make sure your staff are trained to treat everyone fairly in the future.
