I go here everyday I get a chocolate milkshake everyday it is always filled up right into the lid and mixed properly today I got one and the little girl with beige headscarf behind the counter she gives me this and I looked at her stunned and I said I'm missing about a quarter of my milkshake there and it's not mixed either and she goes no that's what you get we have a cup that determines the size and yes it is mixed .... like I haven't bought one there every other day for the last few years .... including 2 last night and 1 the day before ..... Guess the customer is not always right at this place .. but the minimum wage employee who work there a month definitely lost my business..... For you to just flat out tell me I'm wrong and expect this to be okay you need some customer service skills lady I worked in fast food for a long time for you to go and make my shake properly would have taken you less than a minute but instead you'd rather argue with the customer....nice job
