He was bright and friendly and had the perfect sense of humour to go along with our fun group. He went above and beyond and gave lots of waves to my youngest son on the way out.

I called earlier in the evening and they told me it was 8-12. When we arrived they told me they were closing the kitchen because the restaurant closes at 10 and would not serve us. If I’m not mistaking when you are open until 10 should you not be serving until 10? I have worked in the service/restaurant industry and I know it sucks to have to serve and cook that close to closing but it should still be honoured.
- ALAshley Mary LouiseApr 4, 20265.0Came in during easter weekend, the restaurant was packed however the service exceeded our expectations, our wait was minimal for a table, we had prompt service from a wonderful server named RJ, he made sure we had everything needed to enjoy our meal, checking in throughout and bringing refreshments before we needed to ask, he offered some great recommendations when we first arrived as well, his hospitality was throughly enjoyable and the food was delicious as always!

We had an incredible dining experience at East Side Mario’s, all thanks to our server, Ashley. From the moment we sat down, she was exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive. Making sure our drinks were always full, asking us if we need anything. Most importantly, she was wonderful with my daughter, who has autism. Ashley went out of her way to make her feel welcomed and comfortable, ensuring we had everything we needed without us even having to ask. It’s rare to find such genuine care and patience. Thank you, Ashley, for making our family dinner so special!
