  Location- Strip Mall @ intersection of Hwy 9 & Hwy 21. Convenient going through. Parking- plenty of free parking right outside doors. Facilities- Small subway with limited seating. Can't comment on restrooms as I have never used them. Clean and well maintained. Service- Polite, professional and prompt service always. Fare- Skimpiest portions of meats and toppings of any Subway I have eaten at in three decades and nine provinces/states. Absolutely abysmal. Subs here are literally half the girth of same exact sub/toppings in Wingham for example. Tip- Demanding tip when no service rendered and getting upset at customers for not tipping when no tipping is required is ridiculous. For same money as a meal here; you could go to Akima House down the highway and actually be served a three course Japanese or Korean lunch freshly made from wholesome ingredients and no preservatives in a gorgeous atmosphere and pay exactly same tip for actual service. Don't waste your money here.

  I visited Subway in Kincardine, Ontario today with my colleagues. As a vegetarian, I politely requested the staff to change their gloves before preparing my order. Unfortunately, the person making my food refused, and when I asked the manager, they told us that there is no policy to change gloves for vegetarians and that it’s “not their business.” This was very disappointing and disrespectful. Customers choosing vegetarian options should not have to worry about cross-contamination with meat. If you are vegetarian or have dietary restrictions, please be aware that they may use the same gloves used for handling meat.

  The Subway here in Kincardine is truly a gem! The customer service is always top-notch — the staff are friendly, welcoming, and make you feel right at home. They go above and beyond to make sure your order is perfect every time. The food is always fresh and delicious, with crisp veggies, warm bread, and sandwiches made with real care. You can tell they take pride in keeping everything clean and consistent, which makes such a difference. It’s so nice to have this kind of quality and service in our small town. Highly recommend this Subway to anyone passing through or living here — easily the best experience around!

  Minimal toppings is true! I enjoy Subway but not this location. The few times this year I did order from the Kincardine location is consistent. Thin on the sliced meat and minimal veg. The last I will order here was today. A sliced ham sub was ordered for pick up. Yet again, barely a single layer of ham and thin toppings. The dominant taste of the sub was the bun. Go elsewhere...
