  Purchase a Valentine's Day chocolate fudge mini ice cream cake and was very disappointed to find out there was very little fudge. For the price of $30 we expected much much more

  Tried getting an ice cream cake pre ordered for a family members birthday for the next day. I picked a premade one and had asked for a design to be put on top. They had 24hrs to get it ready by the time I had put in the order to when I would be picking it up. When I got there the day of the cake had nothing on it and wasn’t even ready to go- it was still the premade like I had chosen it. Not only did no one even check to see if my cake would be ready to go for the time I put it in for; they had just assumed that it was done by the crew the night before. They told me there wasn’t anything they could do because they aren’t good at free-handing and the decorator wasn’t in store. After reading reviews on here I’m now realizing this isn’t the first time this has happened to someone. I expected better to be honest.
