  Had a disappointing pickup order at this location. I placed an order online and received a confirmation. Went to pickup and I was told the order wasn't prepared because the kitchen staff did not have the order. Had to wait. I got home and found out the order was not prepared properly. I didn't get the sides I wanted. The manager was helpful and made things right somewhat.

  While visiting family in Keswick. I tried this location for the first time, and I am impressed. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. Alex was so welcoming. friendly and provided great service.(Not always something I’m used to from living in a busy city). The over all atmosphere and experience was excellent. Will definitely return next time I’m in Keswick.

He has this rare ability to read the table perfectly-knowing exactly when to step in with a recommendation and when to let us enjoy the moment. Daniel doesn't just 'serve' a table, he elevates the entire evening with a level of professionalism and genuine warmth that is hard to find.   Daniel, our server, was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us warmly and made us feel comfortable right away. He was attentive without being intrusive—always making sure we had everything we needed and checking in at just the right moments throughout our meal. Daniel kept the table clean and organized, promptly clearing dishes as we finished, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was his friendly personality—he was kind, engaging, and had a great sense of humor that made our visit memorable. Outstanding service like this is rare. We will definitely be returning and will specifically ask to be seated in Daniel’s section. Highly recommend!

  I went to Swiss Chalet thinking it will be a quick, peaceful meal… my friend, it became an experience. First of all, the smell when you walk in.. wallah it hits you like you just opened the gates of heaven but only for chicken. I’m already emotional before I even sit down. The waitress comes, very nice, very polite. She asks me what I want like I have options… habibi, we both know I came for the rotisserie chicken. I say “quarter chicken dinner". Then the food comes. Listen. The chicken is so juicy, I start questioning my life decisions. Why am I not eating this every day? The Chalet sauce… ya Allah… I don’t know what’s inside, and honestly, I don’t want to know. If you told me it’s a family secret guarded for 300 years, I would believe you. The fries? Crispy. The bun? Soft like it’s been raised with love and respect. Everything on that plate is doing its job properly. Only problem… I finish everything in 7 minutes. Now I’m sitting there like, “Should I order another one or keep my dignity?” I chose dignity. It was a mistake. Overall, 10/10. Good food, good vibes, and I left full but also emotionally attached to the sauce. Next time, I’m ordering two. No discussion.
