Missing a bun and sauce in my last order and they also forgot the sauce the last time we got a family meal. 1 line for Harvey's and Swiss chalet pick makes no sense. Stand in line for 10 mins while my food is sitting there getting cold waiting for all the Harvey's orders. Why wouldn't you have a separate line for Swiss chalet and Order pick ups? How do you bag up a chicken meal and forget the sauce!? Good thing we've learned to check before leaving. Then get to line back up again to get my sauce smh. Staff incompetence at its finest.

Third-party orders like Skip are almost never ready on time, and every time we go to pick up our order, they claim “somebody already picked it up” and refuse to remake it. We end up wasting 30 minutes or more every visit because of their mistakes. There is zero accountability and no effort from the staff to fix the problem. Extremely disappointing service.
