- JLJason LOct 20, 20251.0Went to the drive thru at this McDonald’s at 12am placed an order and waited 30 mins in line only for the cashier to tell me that the system is down and the only way to place an order/pay is from the first window to which it wasn’t manned by anyone. The cashier said they weren’t at the first window was because they were dealing with the cars in front of me at the 2nd window.They mentioned that theres nothing they could do and cannot place my order even though they took it earlier. They said that the manager was tired of giving out free food and nothing else can be done. Like what? How is this location being managed? Why didn’t they just go back to the first window place the order and just take my card and pay through there? Why wasn’t there another cashier? Why didn’t the manager come over to explain the situation? Why were the customers before given food for free but not for me? Totally unacceptable. To the owners of this location, please relook at how your team is being managed cause clearly this whole situation was VERY poorly managed and looks like your manager had no idea what they were doing. The cashier was clearly visibly distraught and did not know how to handle the situation, which isn’t entirely their fault but mainly the fault of how the situation was managed.

The employees went out of their way to help me when they absolutely didn't need to. The booster cables came out and i was out of there pretty quickly. Thanks guys, and sorry to the people who couldn't get their food because i was stuck.
