With the same gloves the grabbed the money with, she reached in and grabbed the bacon for my sandwich. After watching how little hygiene and cleanliness was cared for, I will definitely not be going back. Disgusting

The meats were dry , the lettuce soggy but I didn't want to leave as I thought it would be rude. So I ordered, sat down and the sandwich was disgusting and had thin soggy bread... My brother who was with me found a insect in his as well. Staff were decent just the food and presentation of the place were bad. Waste of money

I was hoping the food didn’t get me sick but to I’m on the toilet all morning. No uniforms. No hand washing doesn’t look like the restaurant is ever cleaned. Every surface was disguising. Preordered so I didn’t have to wait. However there toaster was broken (shockingly) I’m surprised anything in this disgusting restaurant worked. So they did not start my order till I got there causing me to be late. Bathroom are out of order with some strange blue lights only. Please refund my order and clean your store. Thanks Corey

Ordered two sandwiches simultaneously, the server waited until the meat and cheese were on both subs to tell me the toaster does not work. So rather than just walk out, I grumble and continue ordering. My steak was nuked and felt cold. They have a poster up saying "Get these 5 subs for $10", one of the options is a cold cut, which my partner loves. Her sandwich is $11 before the tax, so clearly they have not adjusted the prices for these combos. The inside was atrocious and while I understand being busy, it was 6:30PM on a saturday, which should be a dinner rush and there was only one person working. Not that you'd want to sit in there, as they time how long you sit there, and don't clean the place. Honestly a shame. I used to love coming here, but the place has just gone totally downhill. I won't be going to subway anymore.
