I went to kfc kenora 20 September around 5 pm to pickup my order, on drive thru they told me to drive up and at window they told me to pull over and said we will hand over your food once it get ready. After waiting morethan 15 minutes i went inside the store. They just put my bag in front of me and told me to grab your drink in attitude way and when i ask him to if the order was ready why you didn’t give me outside. The guy ignored me and got back on his work. When i asked him his name he didn’t tell me first, after that i asked for manager or assistant manager for the current shift. After asking from him now i know his and position as well but i will not disclose here. But it’s just heads up for them, that in customer service you have to be polite and calm, doesn’t matter how much customer is wrong. Your job is to satisfy them!
