- JGJanine Girard3 days ago2.0Ordered for pickup over the phone and had multiple issues with the order. One order was a soup with coconut milk, we were charged the extra 3$ but didn’t get coconut milk. The lid also wasn’t on correctly and the whole thing spilled in the bag, soaking the rest of the order. We had a 3 min drive back home and drove like we had soup in the car. Pretty disappointing experience overall.

I ordered a #8 and it was delicious, the next day I wanted to get the same dish again and found out there was a thai express in kemptville (near where I live) I went there and ordered the exact same thing. It was absolutely terrible. Didn't taste at all like the same dish I had ordered in ottawa. I am not happy with this at all. I stopped eating a quarter of the way through and left so I could bring it home and try to find something to put on it to make it taste better. This was upsetting.
