  Was just in the drive thru and the lady in front of me asked if she could switch her drink. Was told no because she already ordered a Pepsi I think. What kind of service is that? Unbelievable. No wonder this place has bad reviews...

  Service people are good. This review is not pointed at them. I paid 23$ for 6 pieces of dark meat. I don't know what I was looking at when I got it. Couldnt identify a drumstick, I think it was maybe thighs. The chicken was wet and soggy, with many inedible parts to it. The price was unbelievable for good chicken. So whatever scavenged chicken parts they threw into the deep fryer makes this whole order worse. Just go to the meals to go at a grocery store for slightly better quality and cheaper price. KFC... You are too expensive for the absolute barrel scraping quality you give.

  The service is truly awful. I asked today, Monday, February 16th, if we could eat with our dog, and the response was very aggressive. I asked why, since there was no one else there, and she was even more aggressive. I will never visit that place again. They should put up signs at the entrance saying pets are not allowed.

  The self-serve kiosk was the only order option, with no staff to be found anywhere. The machine then requested a tip. Also the place was filthy with only one table clean enough to eat at in the entire (empty) restaurant, and the trash was overflowing. I had to yell into the back to get help as they forgot to include both napkins and a fork with my food. Avoid this place at all costs!
