When I reached the store around 11:15 PM (the store closes at 12 AM), the employee told me they don’t have poutine. If they don’t have the item, why was my order accepted on the app? I paid extra for poutine, but the employee said they could give me fries instead, which is not what I ordered. Then he told me to cancel the order myself and pay again, even though the app was showing cancellation issues. Eventually, the order got cancelled, but the whole process was frustrating and unprofessional. On top of that, during pickup I asked for ketchup and they didn’t give it. I had to go through the drive-thru again just to get ketchup. The employee attitude clearly felt like they just wanted to close early. If the store closes at 12 AM, then everything should be available until that time. Shutting things down early and treating customers like this is unacceptable. Very poor experience. I won’t be visiting this location again unless service improves.
