    Hi, I recently ordered 4 foot longs. The order was over $84 with uber. 59.05 from subway. The order did not reflect what we received. The ingredients were the most minimal ingredients that I have ever experienced. We ordered cheeses and extra cheeses, additional sauces and the were not included. We even received a complete different sub. Tuna instead of ham. One ingredient per side is not acceptable. No extras that we ordered were included. I can't tell you my disappointment and we did not have time to return it as we had plans and that was supposed to be our dinner. Instead, we had to go out on our way and order decent food. We spoke with the.manager over the phone and he passed us to a new employee to deal with the issue. Completely unprofessional and condescending with zero resolution or apology. The location was 300 earl gey drive, unit 14, Kanata Ontario. Also, if you contact subway about anything they give you, AI will only provide their choice of questions.. only their choice of selections. Hire some actual people Subway Ridiculous.

    "I had a very bizarre and disappointing experience at the Terry Fox Subway. I ordered the $7.99 Daily Deal (Chicken Teriyaki combo) with extra cheese. Initially, the total came to roughly $8.01 (including my $2.00 discount). However, after a brief moment to fix a card issue, the employee tried to charge me $15.00 for the exact same order. When I questioned how the price nearly doubled, the staff couldn't give me a straight answer, claiming the jump was due to the extra cheese-as if extra cheese costs $7.00. I even have a receipt from the Eagleson location for the exact same meal where the extra cheese was only $1.05 and the total was $7.96. They refused to listen to logic or acknowledge the initial price they quoted me. I ended up leaving without the sub because I refuse to be ripped off. Whether it's poor training or something more suspicious, I'd recommend going to the Eagleson location instead where the pricing is honest and consistent."

    Absolutely unacceptable experience. I placed a mobile order that showed a specific ready time in the app. I arrived at the store right around that time and politely asked if my order was ready. The employee at the till responded in a dismissive and rude tone, mumbled something about it being ready soon, and offered no apology or clear timeline. After waiting another 10–15 minutes, I asked again. This time I was told it was “just getting ready.” At that point, over 40 minutes had passed since I placed the order. That completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. What made the situation worse was the attitude. While finally preparing my order, the employee was chatting with a coworker and appeared to be making comments about me. It felt unprofessional and disrespectful. When the food was handed to me, it was done abruptly without any courtesy or acknowledgment of the delay. No apology. No accountability. No customer service. Mobile ordering only works if it’s actually honored. This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had, and based on this visit, I would not return to this location.
