- SKShawn KentMar 17, 20265.0stopped by the Harvey’s in Kanata around 9:30pm on a Tuesday, expecting it to be quiet, but it was anything but. There was a full lineup in the drive-thru and inside the restaurant, and it looked like only two staff were working. Despite the pressure, one of the employees, McKenzie, handled everything exceptionally well. He was managing front counter orders, drive-thru, and delivery pickups all at once, while also preparing food, and somehow kept things moving smoothly. What stood out most was his attitude. He stayed calm, professional, and friendly the entire time, and made sure everyone felt taken care of. It’s not easy to juggle that kind of workload, especially during a rush, but he did it with real skill and composure. The food was great too, fresh and exactly what you expect from Harvey’s. Huge credit to McKenzie and the team. That level of service doesn’t go unnoticed.

What is going on With your NPC employees, for goodness sakes. Note to self: If it's a ghost town in there, run.
