  Your standard chain restaurant unfortunately I felt as those the food haste be the lowest quality of them all. I had the burger the patties were strat from a bix out of the freezer, waffer thin and cooked until all signs of life or taste was gone. The bun was - strange, like was it stale and heated to recover it or what, idk. Why put peameal bacon on it if its a slice ⅛" thick.. the whole meal was definitely not worth what money it cost.

  The service from our waiter was excellent. Seeing that my friend was older and unfamiliar with the restaurant's app, he kindly stepped in to help her redeem the coupon. The food was delicious, and the burger was incredibly high-quality and well-prepared. We will definitely be back!

  Went for lunch during the middle of the week. First time there in years. Not very busy but waited almost 20 minutes for our food. My wife's food was hot and tasted okay but nothing special. My fries and wrap were barely warm. I had the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and it didn't taste like any Buffalo Chicken I have ever had -- a bit off-putting to be honest in the flavor department. With all the other options I don't think I will attempt it again.

  Our server Rhianna was great. checked in on us regularly and went above and beyond to deliver great service. Went for a dinner for 3; got two appetizers thinking they would be starters, very good and filling. We stayed for about 3.5 hours and we didn’t order any mains as we were all already full. Great night! thanks Rhianna and the staff working the bar and kitchen, sadly I did not get their names

  I like going to Kelsey's for lunch when on the road in Eastern Ontario and GF also likes their lunch specials and someimes make it out the weekend. Went to the Kanata location this weekend and very dissapointed. Although not overly busy, service time was a bit long compared to normal. And when we got our food, the only thing that was hot was the side gravy, fries and chichen was warm, at best. And now for the restaurant itself. It needs a cleaning, metal dividers, fans, lights all covered in a thick layers of dust and ???? Bathrooms have broken deviders, loose tiles, damaged walls and paint etc, service counters have broken edges etc overall rough shape, just hope the kitchen is not a reflection of the dirt!!....I like the food at Kelsey's normally, but would not recomend this location.
