- SKShawn Kent5 days ago5.0stopped by the Harvey’s in Kanata around 9:30pm on a Tuesday, expecting it to be quiet, but it was anything but. There was a full lineup in the drive-thru and inside the restaurant, and it looked like only two staff were working. Despite the pressure, one of the employees, McKenzie, handled everything exceptionally well. He was managing front counter orders, drive-thru, and delivery pickups all at once, while also preparing food, and somehow kept things moving smoothly. What stood out most was his attitude. He stayed calm, professional, and friendly the entire time, and made sure everyone felt taken care of. It’s not easy to juggle that kind of workload, especially during a rush, but he did it with real skill and composure. The food was great too, fresh and exactly what you expect from Harvey’s. Huge credit to McKenzie and the team. That level of service doesn’t go unnoticed.

What is going on With your NPC employees, for goodness sakes. Note to self: If it's a ghost town in there, run. The food has most likely been sitting there for 30 minutes, dunked in the deep fryer for 30 second, and voila dinner is served. 🤢

Finally got my meal and my burger was overdone on the outside and fries were barely warm. This location is usually excellent food. Perhaps it was just a bad day. Will try again. Hopefully it eill be better next time!

Now I just want to take the time to single out the manager (at least I’m assuming he’s the manager), please calm down. I always sense such negativity from him towards his staff. Dude, the place is excellent. There’s no need for anything bad to the staff; they’re all perfectly fine!
