  Food is delicious, big portion sizes, nice wait staff, bread is nice and warm with butter, sweet and sour sauce very good, no wait for table. Kid meal free with an adult meal all March for march break, so helpful for parents. Overall a great experience. My husband will eat like a king the left overs.

  Brent is an amazing manager who always makes sure my large family is taken care of whenever we come. Today, Ryley was our server. She was extremely attentive and went above and beyond to make sure our food was fast and perfect. She was on top of everything and it was so appreciated. We love this restaurant! Thank you for always making us feel special.

  Hey servers, ever have one of those tables that think they’re funny, but are really more annoying than anything? Well, that’s exactly what we did to poor Daphne and Valeria at East Side Mario’s on Terry Fox tonight. Bless them for putting up with us and our antics. We had the best time ever at this location - as always. They bend over backward to accommodate everything we ask and are good sports. Valeria can attest to this with her parm grating skills. The chicken parm was amazing and the Boomers appetizer was a pleasant surprise - tasty! Thanks everyone. Highly recommended. We’ll be back, if you’ll have us.

  Well prior to the Big Wreck concert at CTC, my buddy suggested East Side Marios for a bite. Place was already packed at 5 pm on a Friday night. Only seating available was a booth before entering the bar side. Well every time someone would walk in a cold draft would hit us. Moving on, took for ever to get a starter and the main dishes. Food was good, but the experience sucked.

  Our server, Masi H was exceptional. She was polite, fast and very attentive. Unfortunately, the food was terrible. We were asked how things were, but did not say anything. We did not want anything else. The chicken parmigiana was a very thin grey looking processed minced patty that was over cooked. The meat lasagna was equally disappointing. It was definitely not layered and the meat, well it was just the same meat balls as in the Italian Wedding soup. Chef Boyardee tastes the same or better. The Italian Wedding soup was delicious. Thankfully that tasted the same. We did express the food was not what it used to be. We were offered something else or a discount, which we refused as this was not our adjective. The restaurant has to work within corporate guidelines. I believe this is a case of cost saving measures. While I can understand this, the price of the food does not reflect in its quality anymore. We will not be back.
