There were only two employees working, and even though they were doing their best and were polite and friendly, it was clear they were completely overwhelmed. The place was busy, and management should have made sure they had more staff scheduled. I really felt bad for the workers because they were trying hard, but this location needs better staffing and organization. The long wait time makes it hard to justify coming back until things improve.
