The fries taste awful like the oil hasn't been changed in a while. It looks like someone beat up the soda machine and there was no ice. Overflowing trash can and the floors are sticky to walk on. Today there were 5 people in front of me and it took them 25 minutes to give me the wrong order. This was after me repeating the order to the customer service person at least 5 times. My order was a double whopper with cheese, extra cheese. I don't think it was complicated, yet they didn't put the extra cheese on. It then took nearly 10 minutes to speak to the lady that the order was wrong. At that point I just left. Other customers also gave up waiting while I was there.
