  I just went to this Burger King and I’m honestly disgusted. I ordered a Whopper meal with onion rings and a cheeseburger. I ended up finding a hair in my food, which completely ruined my appetite. That’s unacceptable. The onion rings were the stalest I’ve ever had. They tasted like they were cooked days ago and reheated. Completely inedible. The cheeseburger had so much sauce on it that it was a mess, and the Whopper wasn’t much better. What’s crazy is that in 2023 I used to come here all the time and it was actually good. I don’t know what happened, but the quality has seriously dropped. On top of that, you have to repeat your order number multiple times at the speaker. Really disappointed. This place needs to do better

  Came here for lunch with my 3 buddies. They got ALL our orders wrong. They don't even care. This place is a complete disgrace to even low tier fast food. And before the so called owner issues a generic response, please consider closing up operations and try something more suited to your abilities.

  The hygiene of the restaurant has declined in recent years. The napkins haven't been replenished for over two quarters. The self-service beverage area, which should have been stocked with napkins, is always sticky. The way they mop the floor was baffling. Normally, after mopping, they wring out the mop as much as possible and then mop again, but when I ate there, I saw a completely wet mop used to clean the entire place, leaving water everywhere, and then nobody seemed to care. There wasn't even a sign to prevent slipping. And this has happened more than once. The sliding door at the entrance has been broken for a long time and hasn't been repaired. It takes a lot of force to open, and I've seen elderly people struggling to push it open on more than one occasion. I respect the workers from the developing world and the working class, but I've been eating there for years, and the hygiene has been worrying. This is the only Burger King near me, and I go almost every week. I have nothing to say about the service; I don't need any service, but I at least hope for napkins and a clean self-service beverage station.
