Staff has changed, cleanliness is not a priority anymore and the food was bad, drinks were flat, no ice, curly fries were just bits and shards. Beef was cut in half from normal servings. Would give it a zero now if I could. Too bad it’s the only Arby’s in Ottawa. Just don’t go!
