I honestly don’t understand the hype around Mucho Burrito. The food was bland, overpriced, and slapped together with zero care. My burrito was mostly rice, barely any protein, and the ingredients tasted like they’d been sitting out way too long.
The portion sizes are inconsistent — you’re basically gambling with your money — and for what you pay, you’d expect way better quality. The tortillas were dry, the fillings were lukewarm, and the whole thing fell apart halfway through eating it.
To make it worse, the staff seemed rushed and uninterested, like customers were an inconvenience. No attention to detail, no pride in the food.
If you’re craving Mexican-style food, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. Mucho Burrito was a disappointment from start to finish.

For the person saying these are all fake reviews. I assure you they are not. You walk in, and the place is filthy. No one greets you. The workers seem like they hate their lives and don't even look at you in the eye. They treat you with disrespect the second you ask them questions about the food. I've never had an experience so unsettling my entire life. I wonder why all those people wrote bad reviews, they are trying to tell the truth. The manager is even worse. He will yell at you for no reason and treats you like you're an animal. Avoid at all costs, you will end up with food that will give you food poisoning, and an interaction that will make you re-consider ever stepping foot into this restaurant.

The absolute failure of this place starts and ends with the management and the owners. I have never seen such blatant incompetence, arrogance, and disregard for customers. It’s clear they have no idea how to run a business and even less interest in learning. Complaints are met with attitude, responsibility is avoided at all costs, and standards are practically nonexistent. This isn’t bad luck or a one-off mistake — it’s a pattern of negligence and poor leadership. The owners should be embarrassed by what they’ve allowed this place to become. As long as these people are in charge, nothing will improve. Save your money, your time, and your patience — supporting this business is a mistake.

Absolutely terrible experience. The manager was unbelievably rude, like being inconvenienced by customers was part of the job description. No greeting, no apology, just pure attitude from the moment I walked in.
The food was disgustingly bad. My burrito tasted like it had been made by someone who actively hates burritos and possibly food in general. The tortilla was soggy, the rice was cold, and the meat had the texture of rubber. I have no idea how you mess up something this simple, but they found a way.
The place wasn’t even busy, so there’s really no excuse for the awful service or the sad excuse for a meal. I left hungry, annoyed, and genuinely impressed by how bad the whole experience was. Save your money, save your appetite, and go literally anywhere else. Would rate zero stars if I could.

I honestly don’t understand the hype around Mucho Burrito. The food was incredibly disappointing for the price. The burrito was poorly assembled, falling apart halfway through eating it, and the ingredients tasted anything but fresh. The rice was dry, the meat was bland, and the portions were much smaller than expected.
On top of that, the service was rushed and unfriendly. I felt like I was being hurried through the line, and when I asked a simple question about toppings, the staff seemed annoyed. The restaurant itself wasn’t very clean either, which didn’t help the experience.
For a place that markets itself as fresh and customizable, it really missed the mark. There are plenty of other spots that offer better quality food, better service, and better value. Definitely won’t be coming back.
