  A dream came true tonight when i jokingly asked for the cheese from the grater be grated directly in my mouth. Lol. Didn’t think it would actually happen but it was as magical as one could dream. Thank you to Brent for making me feel like a kid again. 11/10 experience

  It’s gone! The food disappeared! In this family… we eat BIG! And Miss Masi, manager Brent and kitchen staff did not disappoint! Excellent food and service. Second time here in a month. And as they say… budda boom buda bing! We be back soon! Till next time!

  One of my most disappointing dining experiences was at East side Mario’s. Unfortunately, the food was extremely disappointing. The only redeeming items were the chicken tenders and fries, along with the complimentary ice water. We ordered their specialty dish, Mario's Chicken Parmigiana, which fell far below expectations. The spaghetti was undercooked, and even after sending it back, it returned no different and their signature Tomato sauce was not at all good. The chicken parmesan itself was over‑fried and tasted as though it had been reheated in a microwave rather than freshly prepared. We also ordered Roasted Garlic Fettuccine Alfredo With Chicken. The quantity was little. It had 3 pieces of chicken and tasted less than average. Their photo in the menu is deceiving which shows a healthy amount of meat. That said, I do want to note that our server was great—friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the meal. Unfortunately, good service couldn’t make up for the poor food quality. We won’t be returning.

  Our server was not good. On Tuesday kids free we order three adult meals and three kids when we want refills for soup and salad she was so uncomfortable.she was uncomfortable that we are sharing. She brought wrong meal. She was so happy with other tables but she was so weird with us. It was unpleasant for us. I had same experience last time with her. Sorry to say but she is racist. From now we will never go there. If you are Asian don’t go there. They will treat u differently. I gave her 15% tip she was standing and watching me that what I am giving her. I am telling u she spoiled my anniversary dinner so don’t take chance. Food was ok but she was not nice with us.

  This was our second time dining here, and once again everything was fantastic. The food was consistently delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. What really makes this place stand out is the service—Masi is absolutely wonderful. She is warm, attentive, and goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality. We will definitely be coming back again!
