Every single time I visit, I'm met with the most miserable, un friendly workers ever. The eye rolling, the head throwing at questions, they make it VERY clear they hate their job and do not want to be dealing with you. This has been an ongoing issue for a year and we are done visiting.

I’ve ordered dozens of cakes before and it’s never an issue to draw something really simple. Very disappointing birthday cake

The fries themselves were awful, they left an aftertaste similar to chicken tenders, like the oil had been reused multiple times. I felt sick for 20 minutes afterward and had nothing to eat during that time. On top of that, instead of helping customers, the three employees on shift were just chatting with each other and completely ignored proper service.

I went back politely and asked if I could please get the one with turtles instead. The girl at the reception was a little rude and did not apologize for the mistake. She remade the dessert in about 30 seconds, but it tasted completely different. It was mostly vanilla, and I could barely taste any chocolate flavor at all. The picture clearly shows the difference between what I originally expected and what I received. I’m disappointed with both the service and the quality this time. I hope more attention is given to customer service and order accuracy in the future.
