Waited in a line to get an ice cream cake and asked for them to write a happy birthday with a name and they said no they couldn’t, confused I ask why- they said not until the lobby was cleared. I said never mind we’ll go
somewhere else, called the other location nearby and they said they’d absolutely do it.

I want to start by saying if I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely would. Like… enthusiastically.
My kids ordered large Oreo Blizzards through Uber Eats for pickup. Simple. Basic. Should be foolproof.
They get them, start driving down Eagleson, and immediately notice something’s off… like where are the Oreos? Not “a little skimpy” I mean basically nonexistent. Just plain ice cream with barely any topping.
And before anyone says anything, we’ve had enough Blizzards to know what they’re supposed to look like. This wasn’t it. Not even close.
So they turn around (because gas is basically liquid gold right now) and go back. My daughter goes in, calmly explains the issue, and shows them the Blizzards.
The response?“That’s normal.”
…duh, of course. Silly us for expecting Oreo in an Oreo Blizzard 🙄
Then they tell her she can pay extra for more topping. Right. Because clearly the issue here is that we didn’t spend enough money already.
Then, and I wish I was making this up, staff start digging through the Blizzard themselves trying to find the Oreo… can’t find it… and instead of connecting the dots, they suggest she must have eaten it.
Yes. She surgically removed only the Oreo and left the ice cream behind. Completely logical.
At this point they offer SMALL replacements for LARGE Blizzards that were already paid for. The math here is… bold.
My daughter, over it, takes them and leaves. Her sister goes back in (because absolutely not) and asks for what they actually paid for.
So they remake them… and somehow manage to put even LESS Oreo in them. Honestly, I didn’t even know that was possible, but here we are.
And the best part? In trying to prove a point, they ended up remaking multiple Blizzards… which probably cost them more than just putting the proper amount of Oreo in the first place. So congrats on turning a simple fix into a bigger loss 👏
We ended up going through Uber Eats just to get a refund for what was essentially premium-priced vanilla ice cream.
I’ve been coming to this location since it opened. That streak is officially over.
And clearly this isn’t just a “one bad day” situation:
“Came here this morning… staff was rude… no explanation or apology. Very unprofessional.”
“Consistently ignorant staff… they also cheap out on toppings consistently. Save your money.”
So yeah, at least they’re consistent.
And then to top it all off, following this entire situation, they chose to email my daughter and be rude about it. Unbelievable.
At this point, I genuinely hope people start going to McDonald’s for a McFlurry instead, they actually include Oreo, it costs less, and it doesn’t come with a side of rude incompetence.

I wish I could give a 0.. but I can’t, so I will give a 1. This is literally the worst service I’ve ever had in my life. The girls at the front are so incredibly rude I am actually in shock! I have been here my entire life and have never had issues until now. The manager is a joke and I think the staff could use some knowledge on how to treat costumers. Blizzard was trash with no toppings and also melted while being half filled. Maybe don’t fight with people that are keeping you in business.. if toppings are coming out of your pay cheque just say that.

Dear DQ,
I find it highly insulting that you would email me after writing a review it’s almost like you want me to take it down. And yes I did go through uber to get a refund cause that’s what your employees told me to do. Now if someone pays for a large and it’s made wrong why would you offer smalls. Smalls do NOT equal Larges. And you fought with my little sister about it for 10 minutes so when she came out with the smalls obviously I had to go
Back in cause it didnt make sense.
With love,

Customer Service is NONEXISTENT
Blizzrd had 5% of oreos and the rest was all vanilla ice cream. When addressed with the store the staff were outright rude. Refused to fix it, refused to even refund it. They said that is how they always make it and they were not going to redo any of it. They were so rude my daughter left crying feeling so ripped off and attacked. NEVER visiting this location or this store again
