  I had a pretty frustrating experience here. I accidentally placed my mobile order as drive-through instead of pickup, so I went to the counter to ask for help. The Indian woman was already in the middle of handing food to another customer, and the customer was literally about to take it. When I asked my question, she actually pulled the food back and stopped mid-handoff, instead of just finishing it. And with a bad attitude tell me she did not finish hand the food over to the other customer. There is no need to be so aggressive and she literally can do these two things at the same time. It felt like she did that on purpose to make it look like I was interrupting, when in reality she could’ve just handed the food over (it takes one second) and answered me right after, or even just acknowledged me quickly. Instead, she told me to wait and came off unnecessarily aggressive. The whole situation was awkward and honestly didn’t need to happen.

  Way too slow to be "fast food." Could've got a burger at a fancy restaurant faster.

  I rarely write reviews, but… I order from this branch occasionally, and it always feels like the employees are doing you a favor just by working. Everything is extremely slow—they don’t seem in a hurry to prepare orders, and they put the food in a takeout bag instead of serving it on a tray. The branch is always dirty, not to mention the washrooms. There are no napkins. At one point, an employee changed the garbage bag, and it literally burst, as if it hadn’t been replaced since the day before. There were five employees in the branch, and nothing was moving!

  Awful customer service. Was here March 19th at 2PM. A girl and a guy working the counter. I waved at the girl and she looked at me half a dozen times in the 5 minutes I stood there waiting to order. I decided to take my business to Subway instead. Won't be back to this location.

  Ordered thru drive thru, once at the order speaker it took about 5 minutes before someone came on to ask for my order. Once I'd placed my order and drove up to pay I was greeted promptly and paid. They then asked me to park around the side as they needed to cook part of my order, okay. I sat outside waiting for approximately 15 minutes. At this point I went into the store and had to ask where my food was? They girl was alone at the front and said they were short staffed this evening as an apology. There appeared to be only 2 people in the restaurant at 6pm a prime time for fast food. She finished packing the order she'd been working on then got my food together. Once I arrive at home I notice the burger edges are charred, okay the broiler is slightly out of adjustment, I don't think twice and eat burgers are fine in the end. When I went to eat the crispy chicken, one of the items they needed to cook, it was so overcooked it was not edible. Never write reviews but man this was an awful experience.
