  Was very disappointed to get to the store at 10:18pm tonight (April 7th) only to find both the store and drive thru closed and the employees leaving the store early.

  I took a bite and I threw up in my car 5 minutes later and turns out I have tapeworms now because of them and I'm on the verge of death I might sue them thank god I have a good doctor that saved my life hopefully you guys experience the same.!!

  There is a girl with long hair in a ponytail that is excellent at customer service. Her multitasking was done with so much skill. I wish I would have looked for a name tag so I could say her name. It has been awhile since I have since such a happy, kind disposition at a busy front counter, especially when so busy. Our food was excellent, the cheese could have been melted more on the Rueben but the flavor was very good, lots of lean meat.

  The food was okay. The tables are all filthy, the benches covered in crumbs. They garbage bins overflowing. The water marks on the ceiling have been spray painted with sealant. The bathroom floor is wet and disgusting. This place hasn't been cleaned in months. Meanwhile the girls behind the counter are talking and leaning and definitely not cleaning

  I would give it zero stars if possible. Had a free meal coupon and they would not honour it. Said the picture on the coupon was an old sandwhich that they don't offer anymore. The coupon has no expiry date, its for ANY meal at ANY Arby's. Very unprofessional.
