We’ve always had great experiences at other Swiss Chalet locations, which is why we’ve continued trying to support the one here. We really do want to support local. That said, this location hasn’t been consistent. On more than one visit, they’ve been out of core items like ribs and baked potatoes. Two weeks ago, I went in specifically for ribs and was told they were out. I ordered a family pack with four sides and asked for a baked potato, and again was told they had none. It’s frustrating when staple items aren’t available. We’ve also been served Harvey’s fries instead of traditional Chalet fries every time. They’re not the same, and it changes the overall Swiss Chalet experience we’re used to. On the Harvey’s side, we’ve also noticed inconsistency. I ordered a double burger recently and one patty was fresh while the other was cold and overcooked. The top bun was hard. It just didn’t feel like care was taken with the food. We’re not leaving this review to be negative , we genuinely want this location to do well. But right now, the consistency and food quality just aren’t what we’ve experienced at other Swiss Chalet and Harvey’s locations. We hope to see improvements, because we’d like to keep supporting them.

When I received my order I was missing all the chalet sauces, buns & the mini doughnuts etc. so I called and spoke to Dylan or Dillion ( he will know) I chewed him out because I was disappointed and had spent an absurd amount of money. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND & offered me a full refund of my meal. Minus the obvious fees from Uber. He didn't have too but he did. He deserves a raise & recognition. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart. The world needs more people like you.
