I have ordered from this location previously, however was out of town and Uber selected Innisfil instead of the Harveys nearby. I spoke with Lucas who I recognized from the store previously, and this gentleman not only spoke with me to cancel my order (which Uber said was not possible) but called Uber and then called me back for confirmation. This went above and beyond my expectations, I really appreciate his great customer service. On-top of this, my past experiences with him and the staff at this location was top tier. In this era customer service is often subpar, Lucas and his team were extremely professional, well spoken, caring and at a level of cleanliness that is usually not seen in 2026. Someone promote this gentleman into customer service or into another company administration/data governance, I will happily refer him.
