    Neha, the shift manager, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She did not pay attention to customers who were already in line and instead served people who came after us. This was very frustrating and unacceptable. Her behavior felt discriminatory, and we experienced what seemed like racist treatment. As customers, we expect fair and respectful service, regardless of who we are. This was a very disappointing experience, and I hope the management takes this seriously and provides proper training on customer service and equality.
