  Everything was fine until. I had my ice cream handed to me . The worker had really bad chewed nails (swollen from potential infection) black from not washing their hands definitely not appetizing..🤢handwashing or gloves can solve this issue. Very disgusting.

  Very nice new McDonald's! Its great to have a proper McDonald's with decent seating in ingersoll. This latest version is less friendly in some ways. You order through the kiosk, or maybe at the counter if someone is there (wasn't an option for us). You don't see a face until they call your number. The digital order kiosk is a good idea, but I wish the interface was more user friendly. It takes three times longer than necessary with all the steps to go through and slow loading pages. I find it frustratingly slow. But the food was ready quickly and correctly, and the service was friendly as well. I had the Bacon Triple Pickle Mccrispy. It was pretty good, although the crispy pickles were missing. The dining area is a little dark, but the ambience is very nice for a McDonald's. Its quiet, loads of seating space, and colourful decor. All in all, we were quite pleased with this new location!
