  Today i waited an excessive amount of time in the drive thru with one car ahead of me only to be handed a cold sausage mcgriddle and a cold hash brown.

  Worst service. Do yourself a favour and just drive to Tillsonburg, get McDonalds there, and drive back home to Ingersoll. It will still be faster than eating here, and the order will be right

  i found some ball in my chicken nugget…i’m not exactly sure what it is but it feels like rubber.

  A brand new McDonald's that is quiet and empty. We waited 5 minutes and saw no signs of human life before leaving. I think the corporate decision to not have counter service is a mistake and disappointing. Please hire local people to provide customer service. I won't return. Sorry!

  When they first opened things ran smoothly. Every time I order food I am told to pull around and wait an excessive amount of time.
