The beef tenderloin, bacon and Swiss sandwich is delicious and the Thai chicken lettuce wraps had a little kick and were just what I was hoping for. The spinach dip at Kelsey’s is the best spinach dip out there! :)

While the wait was frustrating, the management's response was what truly made the situation unacceptable. When the manager approached us, there was no apology or attempt to rectify the situation; instead, she simply blamed a kitchen system error. We felt completely dismissed and actually had to stand our ground just to have the meals removed from our bill. Our server took more responsibility for the situation than the manager did. We made sure to tip our waiter for her efforts.
