  Always friendly, professional service, clean atmosphere. I will drive out of my way to come to this location as the employees are always pleasant to deal with.

  Subway is my go to fast food and I work around the corner but every time I go something is broken. No toasted oven, debit machine down, etc.

  Lovely experience today with the only employee working today. Nov 2/25. She seemed occupied on her phone as I was waiting to order. Eventually placed my order and when I asked for pepper she went for green pepper I said sorry no , black pepper. She must of shaken half the container on my sub. Barely see the food beneath the black pepper. Once I bit into it with my group I had to spit it all out. I stop at that Esso 3-4 times a week for work. I will never grab a sub from there again. Clearly her horrible attitude came from being interrupted from her cell phone usage while customers are waiting.

  The young gentleman at the counter was extremely rude, before the door even shut he was already giving me attitude. Everytime I said something he argued with me. He should not be working in customer service. I've never encountered anything like him before. He was even rude to the other staff member. The buns are rock hard stale. I called and asked why they sell stale buns and was told that subway head office sent out new instructions on how they have to cook the buns. I told them that the subway in Gravenhurst must not have recieved the memo cause they have the freshest softest buns on the planet. I reached out to head office but I won't hold my breathe on a response. This subway should read "Subway eat stale"
